• [macOS] Fixed an issue where the Back button sometimes could not return to the previous page after a rule opened another app. (#52)
• Fixed an issue where going back after a redirect could land on the original page and redirect you again.
• DNR rules now also work when a site changes pages without reloading, such as when you click a video on YouTube.
  • Browsers apply DNR rules to network requests, so an in-page transition normally may not trigger them. That was counterintuitive for RedirectWeb users, so the extension now handles these transitions too.
• [macOS] Added a shooting star animation when you click the Get button in the Library, as in the iOS version. 💫

• Browser Extensions
  • Fixed an issue where DNR rules stopped working after modifying another rule.
    • For example, suppose there are 2 enabled DNR rules, A and B. When launching the browser, they both work as expected. However, once A is disabled or its title is modified, B also stops working until the browser is restarted.
    • This was caused by an issue in RedirectWeb's internal rule update logic. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• App
  • Improved the dark mode UI visibility.
  • Fixed a typo in the Paywall screen.

This version is for RedirectWeb Pro on macOS only.

It includes a fix for the issue where the app bundle name was incorrect. It used to be RedirectWeb.app but now it's RedirectWeb Pro.app.

This is a follow-up to version 10.2.0 for RedirectWeb Pro on macOS.

However, the fix was not properly implemented, so we released version 10.2.1 to address it.

  • For Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and other non-Safari browsers, please use the same extension listed in the download links below. The extension will automatically recognize RedirectWeb Pro after you launch the app.

Introducing a new paid version​

We launched a new app called RedirectWeb Pro, a separate paid version of RedirectWeb. It offers the same features as the fully unlocked version of RedirectWeb.

RedirectWeb Pro is especially suitable for users who want to purchase it in bulk (Volume Purchase) via Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager. (Apple doesn't support Volume Purchase for in-app purchases, so we created a separate app.)

This version is only for iOS, but the changes will eventually be rolled out to Mac as well.
